As a granddaughter and daughter of musicians, I grew up listening to all styles of music. I tried piano lessons, but my frustrated teacher soon gave up and so did I, as I could mimic anything I heard. Church was a great place to learn public performance. In high school I was part of a small traveling band and larger choral group. Since then, I have lead and directed music in various capacities but am now focusing on finishing some of my many compositions, as I believe someone might need the message or simply enjoy the music. I choose to honor God with my first published songs...and I believe the remaining creations will be part of the multifaceted world of music, that lifts our hearts, comforts the hurting, brings a smile to a child, and points to the Creator of all sound - God.
